I suspect it will be Kogoro. In the epilogue of episode 864 and in Kir's debut, when the men in black run away after trying to kill Kogoro, Gin says that he will kill him. That adds to the fact that Rum is lurking.

but Kogoro, without realizing it, has been exposed by Conan and that has drawn a target for him.

Now, if Amuro is involved, two things can happen: the first is that he is forced to notify all of Shinichi's information to Rum and he or Gin attack his life, ruining Shinichi. the second, is that Amuro "betrays" the organization (I don't like to say it that way, because it is not a betrayal as such) and notifies the FBI so that they can protect the Mouri and that kicks off the final battle or the final arc (remember she had a "midnight tea party" with Akai and Shinichi's parents)
